Hi there, I’m Michelle
I’m so happy you’re here! I’ve always been active, from playing volleyball and basketball to gymnastics and other sports growing up, but it wasn’t until high school that I discovered my love for weightlifting. That passion led me to study Nutrition and Wellness and become a Certified Personal Trainer. My journey as an in-person trainer was incredibly rewarding, and when the world shifted during covid, I transitioned to focus on building my online brand, allowing me to reach and inspire more people.
I absolutely love sharing workouts, tips, and advice on social media, but I know there’s nothing like having a program tailored just for you! My goal is to help you become the strongest, most confident version of yourself, both mentally and physically while creating long-lasting habits. After the recent success of my 8-week Strong & Confident challenge, I’m more excited than ever to take the next step in working closely with you. Together, we’ll create a plan that’s all about you—your goals, your journey. I can’t wait to help you crush it!
